SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Website Items All in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

Custom Orders Custom jewelry and personalized items require 12-14 business days for creation and shipping. This timeframe allows us to carefully craft your unique piece to our quality standards. You'll receive email updates throughout the creation process.

Vacation & Holiday Periods During vacation periods or extended holidays, shipping times may be extended. We'll post notices on our website about any delays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed in the order they were received upon our return.

Processing & Fulfillment

• You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
• All packages are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
